Our History

Isabel formed EnglishBelle to help Spanish clients learn or improve English. She is a British national, born and raised in London.

Fluent in Spanish, Isabel has been teaching English for over 6 years. Through work with language academies in Madrid, she has taught businesses, adults, and children.

Isabel believes in teaching what you can’t get from books. Her lessons are fun-packed and provide insights into the English culture. Isabel loves singing with children, and conversational role-play with business professionals. She builds a space without fear of judgment or embarrassment.

Her extensive experience in the business world helps when teaching professionals. In particular with role-play business meetings, presentations, negotiations, and conference calls.

Profesional Qualifications

B.A Joint Major in Spanish & Sociology (Hons) degree from Middlesex University, North London & Deusto University, Bilbao, Spain.

Isabel’s teaching methodology is a combination of CAMBRIDGE CELTA which she undertook at International House, Covent Garden, London and the Flipped Classroom method which she has taught in Spain for over 5 years.
